In their designs, their experiences led them to develop a particular style that goes with nuances that include elements of Veracruz origin; such as the great walls of the Castillo de San Juan de Ulua, the simple elegance of the architecture of the Greek Islands, and the indigenous Mexican construction materials, such as palapa, adobe, Bajareque and the colors of the earth of the Pacific Coast .

Mexican; S-Mart Home is one of the initiators of the Zihuatanejo style. S-Mart Home, in addition to Mexico, has also developed projects in Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Greece.
